We are an inclusive and non-discriminatory organisation. Many of our cleaners are young students from a good mix of ethnic backgrounds who know one another from university or college. We are also happy to give work to mature students if they need it, as this work is not physically demanding and can be carried out successfully by most people with guidance and training.
We do ensure that our cleaners do not have colds or other contagious ailments when carrying out work as a precaution against infection by transferring bacteria. As well as the overall improvement in working conditions that our service provides, the anti-bacterial side of our service is a priority.
Quality
We like to achieve an excellent computer and telephone cleaning result and endeavor to ensure that our quality is maintained on every job. Keyboard Dabs Ltd attaches great value to delivering a quality service and protecting our reputation as the computer cleaning service you can trust to really clean your equipment. We use the following organizational measures to guarantee quality:
• An On-site Risk Assessment Form
• On site Supervision of quality control
• On site Evaluation or Field Report
• Invitation to comment or questionnaire on service delivery with invoices
• Fine tuning our service to your requirements on receipt of our field report and your comments
• Rectifying any problems and answering complaints.

Risk Assessment Form
This form is for the protection of our staff and your premises and draws attention to the most likely hazards faced and the precautions and remedies necessary in the event of an accident.
This includes accident and emergency details. Telephone numbers and the address of the site in bold for use in an emergency. Reminders about removing used rags and equipment and other health and safety measures.
Quality control
Our experienced senior cleaners follow on after the completion of the cleaning of every computer work station to check the quality of our cleaning. They also refer to the Field Report to ensure that we have carried out all the cleaning required. Continuous monitoring and training on site directly with our cleaners ensures that high standards and methods of computer cleaning are reproduced on every job.
Field Report
This lists the computer and telephone equipment to be cleaned from the order request and is referred to by the senior cleaner in the workplace.
Any special findings are noted on the Field Report. This includes suggestions on the best time to carry out the work and travel route details. Other items include things like the condition of the computer and telephone equipment to be cleaned, and easily over looked equipment like intercoms and calculators in tucked away areas.
We also refer to the Field Report on follow up visits and this overview is helpful for fine tuning our service to you.
You are invited to comment on our service when we issue the invoice and encouraged to let us know if there is anything awry or that you would prefer done differently. We are happy to hear from you at any time and will do our utmost to provide you with the best service. A simple email from you drawing our attention to a problem will be enough in most cases.
Dealing with Complaints
We are a small company operating since February 2006. We like to think you feel confident in our willingness to deliver on our promise to you and will let us know if there is anything we need to rectify. Hopefully you will never have cause for serious complaint against us but in such an event you can rest assured that we carry full public and employer’s liability insurance with the Royal Bank of Scotland Business Insurance.
